Brasilia 3
It was my last day in Brasilia, with just one official meeting in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. We had an interesting discussion with the head of the Department of Europe and the head of the CEE division about educational, scientific and cultural cooperation between the two country. After it we had lunch in the self-service restaurant of the ministry. I have recognised a familiar dish: potato-pure! "A flavour of Home, sweet home." After tasting it I realised that it is made by sweet manioca potato... There was a surprising moment of the lunch when the coffee and the sweet, warm, cinnamon-flavoured milk was served. Some drinker it mixed. I tried it both way and was quite all right.
I used the rest of the day to organise logistics and accommodation for my coming two weeks. And now I have nearly all bus schedule saved and accommodation reserved.
In the afternoon I took a last walk in the city including the local bus station as a kind of preparation what I should expect in the coming days. I tell You later if it worked or not. :-) (Short impression: the police is patrolling in bulletproof west with one hand on their weapon.) I am writing this note at the night-bus to Belo Horizonte.
