This morning I changed my apartment, to a slightly bigger room near Copacabana. The moving was not going as planed. I took a bus, which showed "direction Copacabana", however after 5 minutes on the bus and driving to the opposite direction, I thought, I rather get off and catch a taxi... It seems that between Botafogo and Copacabana the bus goes a looooong rout. I arrived finally on time.
The whole day I was walking with my friend Renato in Ipanema beach and around a huge lake a few street away called Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. It was interesting, around the lake there was running and cycling track, lively flora and fauna, including cute capybaras. We had lunch in a nice restaurant of the district, self-service and the food priced by kilogram. The same system as in the buffet of the Brazilian Foreign Ministry, with a slight difference, that in Brasilia one kilogram was 35 BRL, here 75 BRL. That belongs to the magic of Ipanema. :-)
